		<description><![CDATA[This is an excellent post.  One reason revocable trusts have become more and more popular is because, if properly drafted, they give the eventual beneficiaries an extra layer of protection against creditors.  

A strong benefit of Retirement Trusts is that they are similarly used to protect retirement plan assets from beneficiaries&#039; creditors.  They are necessary since retirement plan assets generally cannot be held in a revocable trust. 

Mr. Peterson shows here that he &quot;keeps current&quot;, as this instrument is not very well-known, even by many attorneys (and no, I have never met or spoken to Mr. Peterson personally).  Nice job!
